Refund/Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the products and services on cavelantern.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to provide refunds and exchanges under the following conditions:
All returns and refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the merchandise at cavelantern@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return or refund.
Returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and accompanied by your receipt. We will refuse to accept merchandise that is not in satisfactory condition.
We do not cover return shipping costs.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please do not discard the packaging. Please contact us immediately at cavelantern@gmail.com. We will process it promptly. You will need to provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Photos of the damaged packaging or product
Correct delivery address
We will replace the damaged item for free. However, if the damage is caused by the customer, we will charge an additional replacement fee.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. Once your refund request has been approved, it will take approximately 3-14 business days.
However, your payment bank will still require additional processing time to process the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive a refund, please contact your bank for more details.
Modify or cancel an order
If you want to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will process it immediately after receiving your message. Please note that orders that have been sent cannot be modified or cancelled.
